Mr. Rughani started his career with K.B.Mehta & co. Ahmedabad and later he worked for Gannon Dunkerly and company and Gujarat Siddhee cement in a responsible position.

Mr Hardik Rughani is a qualified civil Engineer and has done his masters in construction management from National Institute of construction Management and Research (NICMAR) Mr Rughani started his career by working with Hindustan Construction Company LTD (HCC). As planning engineer later he sniffed over and started his own practice. Mr Rughani has been instrumental in executing various Government Buildings, Residential Buildings, Residential Townships and Interior Designing Projects.

Mrs CA Viraj Rughani is a qualified charted Accountant After becoming Chartered Accountant at a very young age she outsourcing firm Swaroop & Associates. Mrs Rughani has dealt with various firms based in U.K. currently she is having her independent practice having a wide client base. She is also giving Voluntary services to Ramakrishn mission Porbandar.
